Privacy Policy

AI Rap Video Studio (airapvideostudio.app) turns your photo into a short AI rap video. Contact support@airapvideostudio.app for privacy questions or data requests.

What we collect and why

  • Account information: email, name and a securely hashed password to manage your account. Optional Google sign-in provides your verified identity and profile details.
  • Uploaded photos and generated videos: stored for your account and processed to provide the generation and download service.
  • Purchase and credit records: orders, payment status and credit usage to process purchases, resolve issues and meet accounting obligations. Payment details are handled on the configured provider’s checkout (Waffo or Stripe); we do not store card details.
  • Technical and usage information: session cookies, service logs and, when configured, analytics events for service operation, security and understanding site usage.
  • Support messages: information you send us to resolve your request.
  • API credentials and administration: hashed API keys, their permissions and expiry, redemption records and administrative audit records to control access, prevent duplicate rewards and investigate account changes. API key secrets are shown only when created.

For users in the EU and UK, processing relies on performing our contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and operating the service, and consent where required.

Photos, videos and service providers

Photos and videos are kept in private account storage. Your photo is sent through SeeAPI and the selected generation provider to produce your video. Those providers may process or retain data under their own terms; we do not promise immediate deletion of provider copies.

We do not automatically publish your photos or videos in the sample gallery or use your uploads to train our own models. The gallery labels reference previews and existing development samples separately. Files are retained until you remove them or request deletion through support; encrypted database backups are kept for up to 30 days and may retain deleted records until expiry; automatic deletion after generation or a fixed storage expiry is not currently implemented. Download a copy of videos you want to keep.

Transactional email links are delivered through Resend when configured. Hosting, private media storage and isolated media processing use Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, R2 and Containers. Other processors may include Waffo or Stripe for payments, optional Google sign-in, and PVUV.ai, Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity if configured. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell your personal data. Providers may process data internationally; applicable safeguards are required where the law calls for them.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies maintain your signed-in session. A photo selected before sign-in is stored in this browser using IndexedDB and uploaded after you sign in. Remove it in the studio or clear browser storage to discard it. An account-bound draft identifier is stored locally to restore your photo after checkout. Signing out clears local drafts. Optional analytics integrations, when configured, may collect page views and interactions. Optional analytics load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Use “Privacy choices” on any page to reject or withdraw consent. Withdrawal reloads the page and prevents further analytics from loading. You can also clear existing analytics identifiers using your browser privacy controls. We do not treat account registration as consent to optional tracking.

When enabled, PVUV.ai uses first-party visitor, session and attribution cookies and may store a visitor identifier in localStorage. It measures public page visits, campaign sources, engagement, performance and traffic quality. Its documentation describes hashed device signals and truncated IP hashes. We disable mobile sensor collection and automatic file-download events and exclude authentication, account, billing, support, API-key and administration pages from automatic measurement. Our custom events contain approved action names and video-template or pack identifiers; they do not include names, email addresses, credentials, photos or private media links. Events completed on private pages may wait in this tab's sessionStorage for up to 30 minutes and be sent after returning to a public page. See PVUV.ai's privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Account information and media are kept to operate your account. Payment, credit and security records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. Support messages are retained as needed to address the request. We have not implemented automatic media expiry.

Contact support from your account email to request access, correction, export or deletion, including account deletion. You can delete finished videos in My videos, remove unused studio photos and delete your account in Account & privacy. Photos shared by several videos are removed when the last video is deleted. Active or delayed jobs must be resolved before deletion. Account deletion anonymizes the retained financial ledger and revokes access to unused credits. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority.

You can export your account information, orders, credit activity, video metadata and support conversations from Billing & credits. Download video files separately in My videos. Manage and revoke API keys in API keys; password changes and resets revoke them automatically. Deleting your account also removes its API keys and customer support tickets. Restricted staff roles control access to account operations and support messages; we retain administrative audit records for security.

Security and age requirement

We use hashed passwords, authenticated media access and private file storage. No service can guarantee absolute security. The service is for adults aged 18 and over; do not upload photos of minors. Contact us if a photo was used without permission.
