Terms of Service

The rules for using AI Rap Video Studio: accounts, credits, your photos and videos, and what we are responsible for.

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Rap Video Studio (airapvideostudio.app, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement. One person per account; keep your login safe and tell us at support@airapvideostudio.app if someone else uses it.

2. The service

AI Rap Video Studio generates a short AI video from your uploaded photos: Bulin 47 and Viking Rap replace one lead using one photo, while Hotel Lobby Rap uses two photos to replace the left and right performers separately. Templates include Bulin 47 (15 seconds), Viking Rap (15 seconds) and Hotel Lobby Rap (15 seconds), preserving the selected template sound and scene. The template supplies the voice and lyrics; this version does not clone your voice. The video is AI-generated and is not real footage. Results depend on the photo and on the AI model; a likeness is not guaranteed. AI Rap Video Studio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with any specific artist, label, platform or the owners of any music used in example clips.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

3. Credits and payment

  • Videos are bought in one-time packs of 1, 3 or 7 videos. There is no subscription. Your balance is kept as video credits, and each generation uses one video credit.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and processed through the configured payment provider, Waffo or Stripe. Taxes may be added where they apply.
  • Credits do not expire. They stay in your account until you use them or delete your account.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold and are not refundable except under our Refund Policy.
  • If a generation is confirmed to have failed, its video credit is returned automatically. Tasks with an unconfirmed outcome are checked before retrying.

4. Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you took them or have the right to use them, and that every person shown has agreed to appear in an AI video. You give us a limited licence to store and process the photos, and to send them to our video provider, only to make your video. Photos and videos are stored privately for your account; use the studio, My videos or account settings to delete them. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Your videos

You may download your videos. Publishing, advertising and monetization require the appropriate rights to the template sound, footage and likenesses; buying a generation credit does not grant ownership of third-party music or performances. You are responsible for how you use them and for following the rules of the platforms you post on, including labelling AI-generated content.

Videos are stored privately for your account. Automatic media expiry is not currently implemented. Download a copy of videos you want to keep; use My videos or account settings for deletion.

6. What you must not do

  • Upload photos of anyone who has not agreed, including celebrities, public figures and private people.
  • Upload photos of anyone under 18.
  • Make sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content, or use a video to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone.
  • Present a video as real footage in a way meant to mislead, including for fraud, scams or political manipulation.
  • Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around credits or limits.

We may refuse a generation, delete content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Credits of accounts closed for abuse are not refunded.

7. Our content

The site's design and original text belong to us or our licensors. Third-party music, performances and footage remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy them except as permitted by applicable rights. Clips labeled “Template preview” show the source scene; “Generated example” shows a previous AI result. Neither guarantees the quality or likeness of your result.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Account & privacy or contact support from your account email. Resolve active or delayed videos first. Deletion is permanent: your videos and unused credits are removed and cannot be recovered or refunded. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the results, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law with content you upload or publish, and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we may also notify you by email or on the site. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
