Refund Policy
When you get credits or money back from AI Rap Video Studio, and how to ask.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Failed videos: credits back automatically
If a generation is confirmed to have failed, one video credit is returned automatically. Tasks with an unconfirmed result are checked before retrying. A credit return is not a cash refund.
Unused credit packs: money back within 7 days
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@airapvideostudio.app from the email address on your account and tell us which purchase it is. When the refund is made, the credits from that pack are removed from your account.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you use credits to start a video, you ask us to start providing the digital service immediately and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Unused packs can be refunded within those 14 days.
What is not refunded
- Credits used for a video that finished. The generation cost has already been paid to our video provider. AI results vary with the photos you upload; see our photo guide for the best results. If a video file is technically defective (for example it will not play), write to us and we may, at our discretion, restore the credits.
- Packs where some credits were used, except as required by law.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider used for that order. How long they take to appear depends on your bank and card issuer. We do not refund in cash or to another account.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; most problems are solved quickly by email. When a payment is disputed, we may suspend the credits from that purchase until the dispute is resolved, and we may refuse refunds or close accounts where we see abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests.
